JT Lab Terms of Service
General Information
“WEB3” LLP provides users access to a website https://jt-lab.com/ (hereinafter “Website”) where users can subscribe to trading robots developed by other users (hereinafter “Developers”) and access different services and products.
This Terms of Service (hereinafter “Agreement”) governs access to the Website and the products and services provided on the Website. All Website products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
“WEB3” LLP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website'`s operation or the information, content, or materials available on the Website.
By accepting this Agreement or accessing the Website, users agree to be bound by this Agreement and any referenced policies, which are integral parts of this Agreement:
Acceptance of this Agreement constitutes the entire, complete, and binding agreement between the user and “WEB3” LLP (individually “Party”, together “Parties”) regarding the Website.
If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not create an account, access the Website, or use any services or products described in this Agreement. You are not permitted to use the Website without accepting this Agreement.
By accepting this Agreement, you agree and confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement;
- You assume all obligations outlined in this Agreement;
- You are of sufficient legal age and capacity to use our services or products;
- You are not subject to any jurisdiction prohibiting the use of similar services or products;
- You use the Website at your discretion and responsibility, and “WEB3” LLP is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through Website services or products.
USER PERSONAL ACCOUNT
To access the Website, users must create a personal account. Registration can be completed via email or Telegram.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information for account registration;
- Keep account information updated to facilitate necessary communication.
The User Account is personal and must not be shared with others. Users are responsible for all activities under their account or from devices related to the Website. Misuse of the account is the user’s responsibility.
Users may delete their account at any time by:
- Sending a deletion request to [email protected] from the email associated with the account;
- Providing reasons for the account deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all data and settings will be permanently removed from our servers.
“WEB3” LLP reserves the right to suspend or limit access to an account if:
- The user is ineligible to use the Website or provides false information;
- Necessary clarifications are refused;
- The user’s actions harm the Website, “WEB3” LLP, or other users, or if unauthorized or illegal use of the account is suspected.
PAYMENTS POLICY
To access paid services or products, users must maintain a positive balance in their account by making deposits through the methods available on the Website. Payments must be made in the specified currency.
- Payment transactions are final and non-reversible.
- Recurring payments will be automatically deducted from the user’s balance. If the balance is insufficient, the payment will not be processed, and the user will receive email notifications at each step, including failed payment attempts.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Users dissatisfied with the Website may file complaints with “WEB3” LLP at [email protected]. Disputes, controversies, or claims related to the Website or this Agreement will be resolved through amicable negotiations.
Complaints must be:
- Submitted in writing;
- Sent within 3 days of the event prompting the complaint;
- Include the following:
- Full name and email;
- Date, time, and description of the issue;
- User demands, claimed amount, and justification;
- Relevant evidence and references to this Agreement.
Complaints will be reviewed based on user-provided data and “WEB3” LLP’s server logs, which take precedence over other evidence. Complaints containing offensive language, profanity, or emotional evaluations will not be considered.
We may request additional documents for review and will respond within 5 business days of receiving a compliant submission. “WEB3” LLP assumes no liability for incomplete trades or perceived lost profits and will not compensate financial or moral damages.
In case of disputes, “WEB3” LLP reserves the right to block transactions in the User Account until the issue is resolved or an interim agreement is reached.
